This cushion shaped, old mine-cut diamond in an 18k yellow gold claw setting was originally the top of a stickpin, and has now been converted into a pendant. The diamond has an estimated weight of 0.45 carats, with a bright colour (estimated at H-I) and only some slight inclusions, which you can spot with a loupe but not with the naked eye (estimated at SI).
I made the pendant ready to wear by combining it with a modern, 14k yellow gold fine anchor-link necklace, which is fitted with a c-clasp.
