This 14k rose gold ring has an oval front panel, studded with 22 rose-cut diamonds in silver settings. Traditionally, diamonds were set in silver to optimize their brilliance, while the gold back and shank prevent the silver from tarnishing and staining skin or clothing. All diamonds are set in open settings and the setting has an openwork gallery, which allows light to pass through the stones.
