The heart-shaped shoulders that flank the central stone are set with ten old-cut diamonds of various shapes and sizes, with an estimated combined weight of 0.70 carats, and an estimated quality of H-I/VS-SI. All gemstones are set in open settings, and the sides have been open-worked, allowing light to pass through the stones.
