This travel set was used to seal off personal letters with a wax seal.
The inside contains a tiny candlestick, several small candles, and a compartment for sealing wax. Four candles and several pieces of old wax are still present: I will also include some modern sealing wax, so you can use the set directly.

Size: the box measures 9 x 4.5 x 1.5 cm: the candlestick has a diameter of 24 mm.

Age: 19th Century, circa 1850s.
Material: The box is made from cardboard, the candlestick from a non precious metal.
Condition: In antique condition with signs of wear and use, consistent with their age.
