This stunning festoon necklace is set seven cabochon-cut turquoise, fitted in 14k yellow gold settings. It is fitted with a chapter lock.
Turquoise was once regarded as a common byproduct of copper mining but is now a rather scarce gem. Typically found in or near copper mines, turquoise from different regions differs in colour, ranging from green to bright blue, as can be seen in this design.
