This unique silver branch-shaped pendant is set with numerous rose-cut diamonds in open settings. I suspect that this branch was originally part of a larger jewel -likely a brooch- which was converted into this new jewel.
Interestingly, it can be worn in three ways. The rose-cut diamond-encrusted jump ring can be removed, and a tiny brooch fitting at the back makes it wearable as a brooch. There is also a hook available at the back - a remnant of its original design- to hang it upside down from the position I've photographed it in if desired.
